Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from SMSNITI AI INTEGRATED, trading as "SMSNiti" ("SMSNiti", "we", "us", or "our"), including bulk SMS, WhatsApp marketing and API messaging, RCS business messaging, bulk voice calls and IVR, bulk email, audience database, digital advertising, and offline advertising services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Policy carefully before making a payment.

1. All Sales Are Final

Our Services are digital and are typically activated, and campaign credits made available for use, immediately upon successful payment. Because of this, once a payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding Service or credits have been made available to you, that payment is final and non-refundable, and the order cannot be cancelled. This applies regardless of whether you have fully utilized the Service or credits purchased.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, partial usage, under-utilization of purchased credits, or dissatisfaction with campaign results, since results depend on factors such as recipient consent, content, targeting, and third-party channel/network conditions outside our control.

2. Exception: Duplicate or Failed Transactions

The only exception to Section 1 is where a payment was debited from your payment method but the corresponding Service or credits were not delivered or activated due to a technical error, payment gateway failure, or duplicate charge. In such cases:

  • You must report the issue to us within 7 days of the transaction, along with the payment reference/transaction ID, at the contact details in Section 5.
  • We will verify the transaction status with our payment gateway partner.
  • Once verified, an eligible refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of verification.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not issue refunds by cash, cheque, or to a different account/instrument.

3. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Where Services are provided under a client-specific order form or agreement involving recurring or milestone-based billing, cancellation terms (if any) will be as set out in that agreement. In the absence of a specific written agreement, Section 1 of this Policy applies.

4. No Physical Goods

SMSNiti does not sell or ship any physical products. All Services are delivered digitally; see our Shipping Policy and Return Policy for further details.
