We provide digital marketing and messaging services only — bulk SMS, WhatsApp marketing and API messaging, RCS business messaging, bulk voice calls and IVR, bulk email, audience database access, and digital advertising services.

1. Returns Are Not Applicable to Our Services

Because our Services are digital and do not involve any physical product being shipped to you, the concept of "returning" a purchased item does not apply. There is no return window, no product to send back, and no physical return process.
