Bulk SMS and WhatsApp pricing: how our plans work

SMSNiti does not publish a fixed rate card, because the price of a message depends on the channel, the message type and how many you send. Instead you get a written quote built around your volume. Tell us what you want to send and who to, and our team will reply with a plan that fits your business.

This page explains what affects the price and how to keep your cost per message low.

  • Quote built around your volume
  • No one-size-fits-all packages
  • Reply from a real person

Overview

How SMSNiti pricing works

Business messaging is not priced like a product on a shelf. The cost per message changes with the channel you use, the type of message, how many messages you send each month and any extra features you need. A fixed public price would either be too high for large senders or not cover the real cost for small ones.

Short answer: SMSNiti quotes each customer a plan based on channel, message type and monthly volume. Send us your requirement and we will reply with a written quote.

What a plan usually includes

A plan covers access to the sending panel, delivery reports and, where you need it, API access. We also guide you through registration and are available to help after launch. Your quote lists exactly what is included.

Why we ask questions first

The answers decide the best route and the best price: what you send, how often, to which audience and in which language. A short call usually settles it.

Price factors

What affects the price of a plan

  • Channel: SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice and email each have their own cost structure.

  • Message type: Promotional, transactional and OTP messages are priced differently, as are marketing, utility and authentication messages on WhatsApp.

  • Monthly volume: Larger volumes usually bring a lower cost per message.

  • Destination: Messages to other countries cost differently from messages within India.

  • Message length and content: Long SMS use more than one segment, and rich media on WhatsApp or RCS can change the category.

  • Integration and support needs: API work, custom flows and dedicated support may be quoted separately.

Tips to lower your cost per message

  • Keep SMS short: A message over 160 characters is split and billed as several. Keep it tight.

  • Clean your list: Remove invalid and duplicate numbers so you do not pay to send to them.

  • Use the right message type: Do not send marketing as transactional. It risks rejection and wasted spend.

  • Segment your audience: Send to the people who care. Fewer, better-targeted messages convert better.

  • Use rich channels where they pay off: WhatsApp and RCS cost more than plain SMS, so use them for messages where images and buttons help.

  • Plan your volume: Telling us your expected monthly volume lets us quote the right tier.
